Web Industries, Inc. COVID-19 Update – March 16, 2020

March 16, 2020

Dear Valued Customer,

Web Industries recognizes the increasing disruptions and anxiety caused by the global coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. As such, we have taken a proactive approach to this crisis and have been developing and modifying organizational plans to ensure we minimize our risk of business interruption and continue to provide the highest level of safety to our employees, their families, our customers and our suppliers.

In response to the COVID-19 situation, we are following best practices recommended by local and federal authorities to control the risk of exposure. We have implemented a mandatory suspension of international travel and are requiring executive approval for any essential domestic travel. We are utilizing video conferencing both internally and externally to reduce face-to-face interactions. We have suspended all event and trade show participation for the next few months. And we are utilizing heightened cleaning protocols at all of our facilities with mandated cleaning & disinfecting intervals, processes and locations. Rest assured, we are fully defining our human and operational risks and will be putting in place several continuity measures.

We are constantly assessing the health of our supply chain and have executed mitigation strategies for any materials or products defined as “at risk”. To date, we have not seen any disruption of material continuity related to the COVID-19 crisis. We continue to work with our suppliers and partners to define any potential disruptions as the situation develops further.

Currently, all of our locations are operating with full staff and on normal schedules. We are analyzing all operations and defining minimum requirements at each site to continue manufacturing if the crisis deepens.

This situation is fluid and developing on an hourly basis. If there are any significant changes in our status due to new local or federal mandates, resource availability, supply chain disruption, or other unforeseen factors, we will provide you with an immediate update.

Best Regards,
David Pippa
Global Director of Supply Chain
