Front Line Leader Development Program
We recognize that our Front Line Supervisors and Managers are our most important drivers of performance and engagement. Our Front Line Leadership program provides new and current supervisors and managers with a toolkit of practical skills and competencies to ensure they are prepared with critical people-leadership skills. The goal of the program is for leaders to increase their effectiveness in managing, leading and coaching others, fostering an environment to enable employee engagement, improved performance, and increased employee satisfaction.
Career Pathways
Web’s Career Pathways program is a career development process that establishes a more formalized and effective way to deliver feedback and coaching to employee-owners. Its purpose is to facilitate more frequent and meaningful conversations between employees, managers, and peers to help identify and establish goals, objectives, and career development opportunities.
Learning and Development
Web Industries is committed to putting people first and that starts with ensuring our employee-owners are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver excellence in everything they do. We blend traditional training with innovative learning and development methodologies, to create self-awareness and improved, technical, business, and people skills.
On-the-Job Training
Mastering the highly technical skills required at Web is a great way of increasing the value and contribution of individuals. Web provides on-the-job training (OJT), using the workplace tools, machines, processes, documents, knowledge and skills necessary for an employee to effectively perform their job. OJT coaching is typically done on a one-to-one basis.
Onboarding and Mentoring
Onboarding helps assimilate our employee-owners into our work, the team processes, and into Web’s culture. The formal onboarding process takes place over a year and includes the assignment of a mentor for each new member of the Web team. Your mentor helps introduce you to our company’s values while answering your questions and connecting you with any additional tools you may need to ensure your success.
Educational Assistance/Tuition Reimbursement
Web employees are eligible for educational assistance to pursue opportunities that enhance their job performance and support career development.
