Every employee-owner is empowered and encouraged to implement waste-reduction programs, streamline supply chains, and propose new solutions to make our manufacturing and operations more efficient and environmentally friendly.
We work to preserve and sustain the environment by:
- Implementing environmentally friendly production and supply processes that reduce waste, conserve energy, and provide for the recycling and the reuse of materials in our operations
- Adhering to and embracing all applicable regulatory requirements in the communities in which we operate
- Applying a “green pyramid” approach to waste and pollution prevention
- Encouraging and supporting all employee-owners to instill Web’s sustainability principles in every product and service
