Front Line Leader Development Program
We recognize that our Front Line Supervisors and Managers are our most important driver of performance and engagement. Our Front Line Leadership program provides new and current supervisors and managers with a toolkit of practical skills and competencies to ensure they are prepared with critical people-leadership skills. The goal of the program is for leaders to increase their effectiveness in managing, leading and coaching others, fostering an environment to enable employee engagement, improved performance, and increased employee satisfaction.
Web’s Career Pathways program is a career development process that creates a more effective way to provide feedback and coaching that will help you reach your potential. Its purpose is to facilitate more frequent and meaningful conversations between employees, managers, and peers.
Learning and Development
Web Industries is committed to putting people first and that starts with ensuring our employee-owners are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver excellence in everything they do. By blending traditional training with innovative learning and development methodologies, we focus on both smart (technical and business focused) and healthy (self-knowledge and people skills) performance. Building on our innate human drive for mastery, we create opportunities for our employee-owners to satisfy their curiosity, challenging them to learn and grow in both formal and informal settings within Web and beyond.
Critical to the development of many of our employee-owners is On-the-job training (OJT), typically called “hands-on” training. This targeted approach uses existing workplace tools, machines, processes, documents, knowledge and skills necessary for an employee to effectively perform the job. This is typically done on a one-to-one basis providing practice and coaching in the same environment and with the same tools and materials that is required to accomplish the job.
Onboarding our employees is a key process of welcoming, educating, connecting, and acculturating new employees. It helps assimilate our employee-owners into work, the team processes, and into Web’s culture. Our onboarding program is pivotal for both the employee and Web as we work hard to ensure our employees reach their full potential and success. The total onboarding process takes place over a year and provides a mentor and other tools to ensure success is a team effort. We strive to ensure excellence, learning, and fun!
Web employees are eligible for educational assistance to enroll in coursework that will enhance job performance and support career development.

Defined Contribution Retirement Plans
Web makes 100% of the contribution to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The 401(k) Plan is a qualified retirement plan. Employees can designate a certain percentage or dollar amount, up to the legal limits, to be withheld and invested in a portfolio of investment options.
Employee Assistance Plan
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers 24/7 confidential counseling for employees and their family members to help deal with any of the issues of daily living. Whenever employees or immediate family members have questions or concerns about anything from stress to family issues and work relationships to budgeting to evaluating day care.
Wellness Incentives: Healthy Workplace, Healthy Employees
Web Industries helps its employee-owners start and keep a healthy lifestyle through our W.E.L.L. program (Web Employees Living Longer). This program is offered to all eligible employees to assist in rewarding employee-owners for take positive preventive measures over their individual health needs. When employee-owners participate in certain required activities and other individually selected additional activities, they can receive a credit on their medical premium contributions. If their spouse participates, they are eligible for even more savings!
Web Industries also offers voluntary Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, and Accident and Critical Illness Insurance.
Paid Time Off:
Web Industries recognizes that we all need time off each year to rest and recharge ourselves. Employees receive this benefit by accruing vacation time based on years of service with Web Industries.
Our programs are designed for eligible employees to continue regular pay when a brief illness, injury or other unplanned circumstances prevent an employee from working. Employees may also use sick/personal time to care for a member of their immediate family. The amount of time paid for sick/personal time that is accrued will be based on an employee’s standard work schedule, shift and work week.
Web recognizes 10 paid holidays per year with 3 floater holidays to be determined by your supervisor.
Hourly employees may receive a quarterly profit sharing bonus. Salaried employees may receive either a quarterly profit sharing bonus or an annual variable bonus.
