In transitioning from his previous role as Vice President of Operations, Mark brings with him a depth of knowledge in achieving world-class standards for technology, systems, quality and service, as well as a legacy of delivering outstanding solutions for Web’s customers.
As Chief Operations Officer, Mark will focus on aligning Web’s operations with its core strategic markets and business development strategy. Mr. Pihl will also oversee the establishment of Web’s international expansions.

With over 30 years’ experience in manufacturing and operations leadership, Mark Pihl is a seasoned executive whose background includes serving as VP of Operations for Sony Chemical USA where he established a state-of-the-art green field site to develop and manufacture Sony’s market-leading imaging and recording media products. He also spent eight years in manufacturing and operations leadership roles at FLEXcon Inc., a leading manufacturer of adhesive coated film products during a time of rapid business expansion.
