Web Industries earns 2023 WorkWell MA Award for proactive approach to employees’’ well-being

MARLBOROUGH, Mass — Web Industries Inc., a global manufacturing partner in aerospace, medical, home care and industrial markets, was named a 2023 WorkWell MA Award recipient by the Worksite Wellness Council of Massachusetts (WWCMA) in the Small Company category. WWCMA recognized Web Industries as a people-first organization and for taking a proactive approach to employee health. Web’s leading wellness program, WELL (Web Employees Living longer), company culture and dedication to its workforce’s health improvement were instrumental in its earning the award, which was part of WWCMA’s 8th Annual WorkWell Awards competition, powered by Healthiest Employers.
Web Industries’ Vice President of Human Resources Kathrin Doyle Arena accepted the award on behalf of the Marlborough, Mass.-based company at a celebration on Wednesday, December 13, in Canton, Mass. Arena noted that the health and well-being of employees and their families is a top Web Industries’ priority and thanked CompEAP, CIGNA Healthcare SM and USI for the professional support they have provided over the years.
