Our company is committed to maintaining the highest possible ethical standards while complying with all applicable laws. In all operations, we seek to avoid even the appearance of impropriety with respect to the actions
of any of our employee-owners, officers, directors, managers, sales representatives, agents, or any company or persons representing Web Industries or CAD Cut (a Web Industries company).

Our Anti-Corruption policy prohibits corrupt payments in all circumstances, whether in dealings with government officials or individuals in the private sector. This policy, in brief, states:

General Directives
It is the policy of Web Industries and CAD Cut to comply with all relevant Anti-Corruption laws including, but not limited to, the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Bribery Act.

Accordingly, Web prohibits anyone acting on behalf of the Company, directly or indirectly, from making or receiving improper payments. The use of Web’s funds or assets for any illegal, improper, or unethical purpose is strictly prohibited.

Violations
Any associate or third party who violates this policy in connection with Web’s business will be subject to disciplinary measures, up to and including termination in the case of an employee-owner, or termination of business relations in the case of a third party and, where appropriate, referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Reporting
Every employee-owner or third party who has information that this policy or related procedures may have been violated or believes that he or she is being asked to pay a bribe, receive a bribe, or otherwise act in contravention of this policy should immediate report the event to Web Industries, Inc. Reports can be made anonymously using this form.
