Web Industries has 40 years of experience in optimizing manufacturing and converting process design for quality and efficiency. Understanding your goals and the underlying economics are key to the successful programs we create. These process designs also incorporate supply chain management and assembly services.

Manufacturing to Industry Standards

Equally important is the ability to develop several concepts and to produce prototypes quickly. Our skilled engineers are highly experienced in control and limit tests, design of experiments, and mechanical and process design, as well as Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA). We adhere to protocols for Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), Process Qualification (PQ) and validations.

A Customized Manufacturing Process

As solutions providers and system integrators, our approach is to create for you a platform that is purpose-built and best-in-class, by working with OEMs to choose and customize equipment that provides the best application for your process.

We have a deep engineering staff, with in-house capabilities for process design, mechanical design, Quality Engineering, and auditing of the supply chain.

We work with all flexible materials and almost every conceivable converting process related to them. Often, multiple processes are combined during manufacturing. We integrate downstream processes such as vision-inspection systems, labeling and assembly. We pay particular attention to meeting tight tolerances, minimizing material waste, preserving traceability, and sizing the platform to scale.

Working closely with you to integrate the design of a manufacturing process with the product itself, we often suggest slight changes to the product that improves its design and the economics of production. Finally, we document the process in a variety of media and train our operators against those standards.

We understand that most manufacturing costs are locked in at the product and process design stage, and that working closely with you—freely exchanging information and ideas—is the best way to emerge with a robust, economical manufacturing process for the long term.
